The Green Solution - Wewatta St. @ Union Station

This is NOT A GOOD REVIEW. I love the budtenders. They are kind. Thoughtful. Empathetic. The owners however. I have had a few issues & left reviews providing feedback & the owners responded on Google taking it as a compliment. They didnt read it. Today I was in & it was awful. These poor folks are swamped. They clearly have been dumped on & I feel dumped on to. This used to be the best place but the changes are awful & the people in charge do not seem to care about their people or their customers. Its sad. The only option is to leave a clearly bad review in hopes they realize taking care of their people matters. These budtenders do not deserve the treatment & neither did I.

There’s a million and one places you can you go in Denver and you should skip this location.Go to a place where they treat you with respect and isn’t so clinical. If you do decide to go, make sure your check the your bag before you leave to make sure they gave you what the website said they have in stock. I got home and they gave me 4 of the wrong product. I call and they exchanged for them me. They’re weren’t exact happy about and even kinda made me feel like it was my fault. I was super polite and friendly because things happen. I work at a place too. I make mistakes sometimes. I get it. I had to make another trip up there in the snow, but that’s Denver for ya. Whatever. Now I get home and notice they also switched the sizes because they were out of the bigger ones and it wrecks the price. The gist of the story is that I’m put about 40 bucks. It’s s hard pill to swallow but I’ll live. Don’t be like me. Don’t lose your 40 bucks. You need 40 bucks. Go somewhere better. The entire time they treated me like I was scam artist artist or something. They could have looked at my history and saw that I’m a legit customer. I just cashed out 1000 rewards points or whatever it is where you get 50 dollars off at the Aurora/Peoria store. I even told her my goal was to buy the legal limit all the days left in the 4/20 sale. Most stores dig customers like me. I’ll be hitting up other stores from now on. There’s a million and one places you can get prepacked weed. Titan Health isn’t too far away and they actually take care of me and makes things right. I wouldn’t be out 40 bucks. Go there for real! They’re on dutchie! I understand people don’t give refunds for products that you’ve already taken home, but any company with some common sense would have said “hey, here’s some reward points or a cart the next time house spend 200 with us.” Titan Health would take back a loyal customer’s broken cart a week later because they have common sense. You don’t let your good, legit people who actually spend money regularly with your company go to another one. Ugh, a little less than 40 bucks. Like I said, I’ll live but YOU should skip this place unless you wanted to be treated like a criminal.

If you're a regular shopper just place an online order and pick up downstairs, upstairs is great but gets clogged up with tourists who want to ask about everything. Convenient location downtown!

Tanner has excellent customer service and helped me find just what I was looking for! They mentioned the Sugar Cookies Harmony Nectar and it is divine. A little goes along way, and is perfect for stress relief and overall euphoria. Since it is an indica, it's perfect for chilling out and relaxing during the late evening/night. Thank you for everything, I happily recommend both TGS and the Harmony Nectar. :)
