I don’t usually take the time to leave a review, but in the event I feel it’s necessary, I take the time. I’ve been shopping at The different Harvest locations for going on 1 and a half years... And my most recent trip was my last. It was my first visit to harvest since the recreational statute went into affect. I clearly made it known to the staff that I was a medical patient, and had been there before, and there didn’t seem to be an issue. I selected my product like I did any other time, and this is where it went South. Even though the bud tender I was working with clearly scanned my medical card when he checked me in once inside the show room, he tried to charge me recreational price for the flower. It ended up being almost $70 over what it normally would be. I tried to bring this up to him, And he kept on just explaining the recreational tax and why it was so high. I told him that if this was the cost for the product, I wasn’t interested and started to turn around to leave. I turned back around and asked him why there was such a difference in the cost versus a week ago were the same item was only $45/eighth, did he realize I was in fact a medical patient. The guy was so rude and unprofessional and didn’t apologize for the attitude and way he treated me. Additionally, Harvest is charging an additional $5 per eighth on the specific flower I get, for what? Because it’s not rec? Doesn’t really seem fair to me. I’m going to take my business elsewhere and I suggest you do, too! I just went for convenience/proximity to my home. Willing to drive an extra 20 min now based on the service I received.
