I recently started coming to Silver State and already liked the employees, but this weekend I had a different experience. Rexford's customer service completely made up for the seemingly endless wait in line. He was patient, took the time to explain things I didn't know, and I felt like he truly cared about selling me the right product. I could also hear him giving the same level of service to the man before me! This is what makes people like me come back.
