Silver State WAS the only dispensary I purchased from. Covid changed that. Many other dispensaries have product online through Leafly and one can actually purchase through Leafy. Why that option isn't available for Silver State, I do not know. In addition, Silver State's website sucks so far as info on various product, searching, and purchasing. You've lost a customer.
Hi Bestnyet, We're very sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with your experiences with us since Covid. We are working very hard every day to learn and improve upon our operations. Currently we offer online ordering via Dutchie for curbside pick up and Blackbirdgo for deliveries. Unfortunately, for the time being we are unable to do in-store pick ups via any avenue because of overhead from the Cannabis Board. We have all the THC information on our website under the "In-Store Menus" tab. If you're looking for terpene information, we are more than happy to look up any test results for you--just go ahead and give the store a call at 775-440-7777 or an email via firstname.lastname@example.org. The reason why we don't include the terpene info on the website is that we can go through multiple batches of the same product every day/week and the terpenes can change drastically from one plant to the next. Depending on how quickly a product moves, the terpene information can change every couple hours, thus making everything very inaccurate. Calling ahead of your visit can ensure that you know what we currently have on hand. Hope this clears things up a bit!
