They need to be more consistent with ID’ing people. It’s super annoying to pull out my card just to be asked if “it’s my first time” and when I say “no I’m picking up an online order” they just buzz me in, and the other half the time I’m expecting to be told that since I’ve been shopping here since March of 2024 to be asked for my ID when I am clearly old as shit. One time quite recently I was held up at the foyer searching through my camera roll for a pic of my ID to show the person I’ve had 3-4 conversations/interactions with that I am an adult. Always super slow when checking out as well. Ontop of that their “budget” 510 cartridges are god awful. Some of them have “ice” in the strain name and when asked if that’s because it has cooling agents like nic vapes I was told yes. The ones that don’t have “ice” in the name have disgusting BDTs that make me gag. Their actual cartridges are fairly decent but way overpriced for the amount. Overall i appreciate what the store is and does for me w some of their products which is why I still shop here and will most likely continue to but lord have mercy is it annoying to go in. Just not my speed.
