I should have written this review before smoking because my budtenders' names are now lost in time. But I can say that as early as I was there (with a price miscommunication between leafly.com and Ponderosa), both were much more patient and kind than one might expect from folks so early in the day, haha. But they were fun, kind, friendly. I added some flower in addition to my vape purchase and (it's coming to me now) Randa(?) really knew their stuff in terms of effects one might expect from what strain and so on. This is the second company (at least in name) that I've patronized in that space and everyone's always made it a great experience. I was going there when I lived in Mesa and I'm still happy to pop in when I'm in the valley up from Casa Grande. Thank you all for making this anxious nugget feel relaxed in your space, every time. -Tony

I've only been in twice before (one walk-in and drive-through each), but every time is really pleasant. Everyone (security, reception, bud tenders) seems super informed, and not only friendly, but kind (no pun intended). I hope it's as fun to work there as it is to visit, because you guys are just on top of your shit, with a smile :) Thank you (side note: I overuse parentheses when I'm home again and 5 minutes into enjoying my purchase)!
