⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. We stood in line for over 30 minutes waiting our turn while there were two employees working the counters—one handling walk-in customers and one handling online orders. When the walk-in employee became available, instead of helping the next person who had been waiting in line, he called over a woman who had just walked in for an online pickup. Meanwhile, those of us who had already been standing there for over half an hour were expected to keep waiting. We were visiting from out of town and had planned on spending a good amount of money, but after being treated like our time didn't matter, we decided to take our business elsewhere. I understand having a separate employee for online orders, but online pickups should not take priority over customers who have already been waiting in line—especially when there's already a dedicated employee assigned to online orders. A customer's time is just as valuable, whether they're placing an order online or walking into the store. Unfortunately, this experience left a terrible first impression, and we won't be back.
