Zen Leaf - West Loop

I have been a regular customer at Zen Leaf West Loop at 222 South Halsted for about a year and typically visit three to four times per week. Before that I frequently went to the Southwestern location and never experienced issues beyond slow service.
A couple months ago I purchased a 3.5g container that had a broken outer seal and the inner plastic seal was missing. When I weighed it at home it was short. I reported it and received a replacement eighth, which I appreciated, but it did not seem like the issue was seriously investigated.
Unfortunately the exact same thing happened again today. I purchased a 3.5g container of Find Everyday Cannabis flower, Singapore Sling strain. When I got home the seal was already broken and the product weighed short again.
I called the store and spoke with a lead about the issue. Instead of listening to the concern, the conversation felt dismissive and unhelpful. The responses focused on questioning what I observed rather than trying to understand or resolve the situation. For a long time customer raising a legitimate product concern, the interaction was surprisingly cold and unproductive.
Once customers leave the store they are not allowed to return with the product, which makes situations like this extremely difficult to resolve. After spending thousands of dollars with this company over time, having this happen twice along with the way it was handled is very disappointing.
I hope management reviews both their product handling procedures and how serious customer concerns are addressed at this location.
