This was my very first time in the Lynnwood store I also checked out the Everett shop on my way south. I was extremely impressed with how welcoming and happy every one was to help me in any way. The lady that helped me was amazing taught me things I never knew about cannabis and got me some amazing products that I definitely will come back for! I loved how every store has tsame rewards program that is easy and quick to sign up for

This place was horrible I was waiting for 15 min before the guy "Ricky" was done on his phone! He was so pushy with my sale and I ended up getting something I dident like. David tried to help but was also just trying to get me out of the store because I wanted to see some options. I am never coming back to this store and I would never recommend this shop to any one in the area. Also when I asked for a discount for my horrible service they told me no. So not only were they unhelpful they were extremely rude after I asked..

When I walked in Sam was ready to help me she was so patient and so welcoming! I was informed about every sale and even about the rewards program that saved me 15% off! Every one was so warm and welcoming the store was beautiful and I would definitely recommend this shop to any one who's looking for a good experience and THE BEST customer service!
