The lady that worked on April 24 in leadership at the store off 3rd Street in Lee's Summit was very rude to my mother who is up there in age over the drive thru pick up timeframe. My mother and I were told it was ok to come any time if no one is waiting in the drive thru or even behind us and we always do. I order it and come wayyyyy early to pick it up every time, but my mom one day went 30 minutes early and no one was there in line and the lady yelled at her and said you have to wait even after the budtender was trying to help her. Now they lost 4 people that come through at least 3 times a week and spend good money
