Appeared to be a great shop at first. They sold me some vapes that were OK but I needed to return a pen that was not as advertised by the clerk (this was their fault, (I wanted an adjustable pen and they sold me one that was not). I went back the next day and the guy remembered me but I had forgot my wallet and couldn't prove I was over 21 (I'm 69 years old) I was there the day before with valid ID and I had a the receipt & they remembered me, I wanted a refund on the pen (not a cannibals product) and they made me drive back home (1.5 hrs round trip) to get my ID. Then they wouldn't refund the pen but only offered store credit on a different vape pen. I was way passed pissed off. They sold me the other pen and the guy said he had the same pen and was using it for over a year and it was still working great. OK I applied my credit to that pen and it lasted less than one cartridge and wouldn't hold a charge. While I was there I had asked to speak to the manager (the blondish big but) who was very short, rude and unsympathetic to my dis-satisfaction (even though it was their fault I was having so much trouble with my purchase). In the end I threw out their vape pen and bought another from "Casa Verde". The pen Casa Verde sold me still works great after several cartridges. I'm not saying go to Casa Verde but I am saying go someplace else! Places like Diamond are completely self serving, unwilling to bend when they make mistakes, won't give customers any consideration when they screw up, It's all about them. Shop there if you want, but you have been warned, the management sucks, the clerks recommend junk & they won't cut you any slack ! respectfully: A life long time toker
