Appeared to be a great shop at first. They sold me some vapes that were OK but I needed to return a pen that was not as advertised by the clerk (this was their fault, (I wanted an adjustable pen and they sold me one that was not). I went back the next day and the guy remembered me but I had forgot my wallet and couldn't prove I was over 21 (I'm 69 years old) I was there the day before with valid ID and I had a the receipt & they remembered me, I wanted a refund on the pen (not a cannibals product) and they made me drive back home (1.5 hrs round trip) to get my ID. Then they wouldn't refund the pen but only offered store credit on a different vape pen. I was way passed pissed off. They sold me the other pen and the guy said he had the same pen and was using it for over a year and it was still working great. OK I applied my credit to that pen and it lasted less than one cartridge and wouldn't hold a charge. While I was there I had asked to speak to the manager (the blondish big but) who was very short, rude and unsympathetic to my dis-satisfaction (even though it was their fault I was having so much trouble with my purchase). In the end I threw out their vape pen and bought another from "Casa Verde". The pen Casa Verde sold me still works great after several cartridges. I'm not saying go to Casa Verde but I am saying go someplace else! Places like Diamond are completely self serving, unwilling to bend when they make mistakes, won't give customers any consideration when they screw up, It's all about them. Shop there if you want, but you have been warned, the management sucks, the clerks recommend junk & they won't cut you any slack ! respectfully: A life long time toker

So I recently moved to Grants Pass from our place near Las Vegas in Henderson NV and went immediately to finding a decent cannabis retailer (duh, priorities right?). Well I ran across Diamond Cannabis and haven't had any reason to try anywhere else. We picked up once and thereafter had deliveries where we had closer conversations with their wonderful delivery staff like Stephanie and Danielle... These folks are prompt, courteous, professional and kind, always arriving with a smile and something nice to say. Diamond Cannabis carries some top tier brands and products including products by our friends at Cookies 🍪 and Jim Belushi's "Brothers" brands ("Blues Brothers" brand last I looked. As an industry insider who helped pioneer indoor growing and breeding since 1968 and with products out in WA, NV and CA, I have the pleasure of going behind the scenes at commercial grows and cannabis businesses across the country and so far, Diamond Cannabis is looking pretty good. Why would you go elsewhere if you have great products at decent prices and provide stellar services?

I pretty much hate all Southern Oregon dispensary vibes and layout…. EXCEPT THIS ONE! Being used to larger metropolitan areas in Oregon, and seeing what they have to offer, I have been very disappointed with how most of the dispensaries in southern Oregon look, feel, or run. This one brings great class, customer service, and vibes. I get Portland feels with this company. However I’m not used to dispensaries checking your ID until check out, so I’m still put off by people asking for an ID in Oregon before you’ve even made a selection. Perhaps that’s just a PDX Metro thing? 🤷🏼 (I also notice most dispensaries in southern Oregon also do that). Right now there is a promotion where after shopping you get a 10% off opportunity if you leave a review on Leafly or Google. My last visit, I was served by Carly. Just like the rest, always friendly and helpful. A good range of prices from five dollars to around $18 a gram. A good pre-roll selection, which is always a good cheap buy per gram if you wanna take out the dry herb to smoke in a bowl to get a good economy purchase. I have never had a poor quality Vape pen from them.
