I purchased 2 of the same exact Lemon Fuel vape cartridge in the same purchase. The first one worked okay on the first try. Next day it would get stuck so hard it was nearly impossible to get a draw from. A day later, it did not pull. I drove back to Sanctuary (as I don't live close by) and returned it. The manager assisting took it out back to test it. He agreed - faulty cartridge. And I got a replacement of something different. Terrific! Now I've opened the second cartridge of Lemon Fuel and it has done the same thing. Barely can draw, and you have to pull so impossibly hard just to get it to pull at all. Now I can't make it work at all. Once again, I drove back. This time when the same manager tested it he found no problem. He gave me a new battery for my trouble but did not make good on their junk cartridge. A battery is not my problem. I have many of them at home. I've been cheated out of this cartridge (minus the $10 battery consolation prize). That's pretty crummy customer service. I had never had a cartridge with Sanctuary's logo on it before. I will avoid that like the plague in the future. But basically I don't plan on coming back. I don't like being cheated. Shame on you Sanctuary!
