Someone needs to oversee this establishment. Unfriendly, bullying tactics, disrespectful. They are the only medical dispensary in Gardner & they know it. Please send someone else to open a new medical site. I have been going to Fitchburg because of the decline & lack of professionalism, & knowing how to patiently help people. I was recently bullied & had a demeaning experience due to me asking questions about medical credits. The conversation was heating up, there were 3 other employees just observing & not diffusing the situation, I assume she was supervisor & they were terrified of stepping in to assist. She held my money & products behind the counter & wouldn't let me proceed until I understood everything she was saying/explaining to me about credits & she wanted me HAPPY before I left. I asked her to either give me my money back & I would leave or process my products. This went on for a few mins. back & forth, until I informed her I felt I was in a hostage situation or being reprimanded by my parents. She finally processed my order, gave me change back and it all fell on the floor, she then gave me more change from the register & informed me to have a nice day in all her sarcasm. I have a medical card for a reason, and I do not need to go into my local dispensary to be treated this way by trying to humiliate me & to make her point crystal clear. She wanted to explain the credits & how it works, but I didn't want to discuss my questions in front of all the staff. She did not offer to go to a quieter place. I didn't notice any other customers in the establishment at the time, but plenty of workers observing, they should have taken out some popcorn because they didn't step up to help me or her diffuse this. Needless to say I will not be returning, I honestly do not need their personal stress or baggage they are carrying. Very unprofessional!!! They have a monopoly going, that's for sure & it won't be improving, why would they? This occurred 2 days ago &I just didn't know what to do about this. AVOID!! If they have cameras at the register, it should show how long this went on. Sad day.....................

I’m an Old Head so the store thing was pretty foreign to me. The staff are quite helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. Comfortable and pleasant place and peeps. Nice selection of delivery methods. I live a ways off and travel and hour plus to come here. Thanks folks.

3. Unless it isna Fresh Bath or Insa Brand there FLOWER/BUD Is Very OBER Dryied/ Cured, Most besides the Bannana Bread, Turn to shake as soon as you try to break a Nug!
4. There PROCES ARE THE HIGHEST AROUND!!!
5. Oil Carts Are UNDER Filled, USUALL .3ML, NOT the . 5ml I PAID FOR...

5. WHEN REPORTED TO MANAGMENT. I was told "O thats Too Bad, But thanks for Telling us Others said the same thing we will take care of it!!!" IF I WAS NOT BOUND BY RHE NO REFUNDS/ OR EXCHANGES I WOULD HAVE DEMANDED MY $ BACK OR AN EXCHANGE!!!! OFFERED NOTHING BUT WE WILL DO BETTER NEXT TIME.
2 DAYS LATER THEY HAVE PICURES OF THERE PROPERLY FILLED .5ML CAETRIDGE ONLINE, INSTEAD OF BLANK IMAGE..
Long Story Short, I would shop here again, UNTILL SOMTHING BETTER and COMES ALONG CLOSER. They are fast and Freindly and the SHORTEST DRIVE FOR ME. THE CLOSE DISTANCE is the ONLY reason I go back tho...
The HIGH Prices and SUB PAR QUALITY, My buddy gets MUCH better BUD for $30 for 3.5 then ANY strain they have offered, Ive tried them ALL even the TERRIBLE NINJA FRUIT.

I've visited many different dispensary accross Massachusetts and written acouple reviews. This sanctuary unlike the other two in every way. My experience was a nightmare on two accounts. The first time I arrived few weeks ago i drove around 1hr to there location in Gardner on arrival the Employee at the front told me I couldn't use my discounts cause I used them already in woburn. I was very frustrated I knew the people at woburn who are great people, and I know they had given me correct information. So after the Employee at the front cared nothing of of my frustration proceeded to laugh and smile. When I had asked him why he was smiling when I was clearly aggravated he he said just customer service. So I didn't let it get to me I walked away to the order counter, to place my order. They Female Employee at the order counter asked me if I was ok seeing I was clearly upset, so I explained the situation. She told me he was wrong.
Situation 2
Do to the Coronavirus I had called and asked if I spend over 200 may I stack 2 of my 3 remaining discounts. The Female Employee who answered clearly heard me and said yes that's fine also she was a supervisor. After driving there again 1hr I made it to the order desk with no issues this time. I proceeded to make my order I asked the Employee how much I was at and about how i talked to a supervisor about stacking 2 of the discounts as long as I spend 200, he said let me ask my manager I told him it was a female supervisor, he ignored me and asked Jake the manager he said no. I realized the only female was working collecting ID and was the supervisor I spoke to. I called over and asked her to confirm she lied right off that bat and said oh I thought you asked me if I could use your discounts in different locations. I know I was very clear on what I sad because I had visited another dispensary and asked the same question. It was repeated and clarified! Jake the Manager was completely rude did not care and just told me I hope you like the product! Totally un professional. The only thing I will say after calling some good people in there company I was put in touch with Managment I am awaiting an answer on these issues which I'm confident I will.
