Sanctuary - Gardner (Adult Use)

Someone needs to oversee this establishment. Unfriendly, bullying tactics, disrespectful. They are the only medical dispensary in Gardner & they know it. Please send someone else to open a new medical site. I have been going to Fitchburg because of the decline & lack of professionalism, & knowing how to patiently help people. I was recently bullied & had a demeaning experience due to me asking questions about medical credits. The conversation was heating up, there were 3 other employees just observing & not diffusing the situation, I assume she was supervisor & they were terrified of stepping in to assist. She held my money & products behind the counter & wouldn't let me proceed until I understood everything she was saying/explaining to me about credits & she wanted me HAPPY before I left. I asked her to either give me my money back & I would leave or process my products. This went on for a few mins. back & forth, until I informed her I felt I was in a hostage situation or being reprimanded by my parents. She finally processed my order, gave me change back and it all fell on the floor, she then gave me more change from the register & informed me to have a nice day in all her sarcasm. I have a medical card for a reason, and I do not need to go into my local dispensary to be treated this way by trying to humiliate me & to make her point crystal clear. She wanted to explain the credits & how it works, but I didn't want to discuss my questions in front of all the staff. She did not offer to go to a quieter place. I didn't notice any other customers in the establishment at the time, but plenty of workers observing, they should have taken out some popcorn because they didn't step up to help me or her diffuse this. Needless to say I will not be returning, I honestly do not need their personal stress or baggage they are carrying. Very unprofessional!!! They have a monopoly going, that's for sure & it won't be improving, why would they? This occurred 2 days ago &I just didn't know what to do about this. AVOID!! If they have cameras at the register, it should show how long this went on. Sad day.....................

Recently purchased an ounce of high-grade marijuana and I can guarantee you that a quarter of its weight was leaves. I have photos for proof. I’m wondering if this is their tactic in order to make weight. If I’m paying over $160 per marijuana, I would expect for it to be not loaded down with leaves. Nonetheless this was their brand what a terrible way to make people not want to go back and purchase your products.

So this is an addition to my last review I bought two separate pre-rolls one being skunk which was 100% not skunk doesn't it didn't have the profile skunk at all not to mention the other completely different strain takes exactly the same there was no difference between the two half Grand Prix rolls when they're supposed to be completely different strains I highly recommend don't not going to this place this is the first dispensary that I've been dissatisfied with

Drove and hour and a half to come buy some shatter. Girl tells me we only have deals on concentrates on the weekend. O.k. I guess that's life. so I bought a gram while there so it wasn't a total waste of trip. Today, Sunday when the deal is advertised, i drive all the way back to gardner with a pocket full of cash to get me 10 grams while its on sale. Got There around noon. Guy at counter says....."we don't have any" Only have a couple kinds of crumble and Sauce and there's no deal on them....only the shatter that we dont have. So I wasted a lot of time and money Just trying to buy what these a-holes advertise. This is unacceptable and should be illegal if its not already.
