I am never disappointed when I leave, I love that the budtenders listen and try and find what you want instead of pushing a sale item on you to get you out the door, they never make you feel like a burden or stupid for asking questions, and their responses to queations are genuine, if they are having a bad day they dont bring it out on the floor, When they changed their rewards point system they became pretty much perdect. I tell everyone to go to primo especially newbies cause it can be super overwhelming at first, at primo as soon as you walk in the door the energy and vibe calms the nerves. Thank You primo for making customer satisfaction a top priority, and always delivering a high level of service that you don't always see anymore!!!!

The first time I went the bud tender was being extra and did not help me find what I was looking for, as I was leaving I noticed some product and had to ask to see it, she made it annoyingly clear to me she could only let me see ONE oz at a time, and had zero knowledge of the merchandise!!! The prices were so good I had to return in spite of the uneducated budtender, to my surprise and luck she wasn't there and I haven't seen her since. And ever since the bud tenders are amazing and helpful, prices are great and they don't up charge for the same product out of nowhere, I like knowing when I go in everything will be the same great service & the best prices for quality product in town!!!!
