A couple folks here need to work on their “friendliness” skills. Wish I could remember their names. Anyway, NOT COOL…..I asked for one indica distillate cart and one sativa distillate cart and she gave me the brand Airo. Mind you these are packaged where you can’t even see the actual cartridge. Did she bother to tell me that Airo carts ONLY work with Airo brand batteries. Nope. I was expecting the same 510 threaded carts seen around the world. Nope. These are not threaded and only work with a $40 Airo brand pen. So now I am 1200 miles away from The Green Man Santa Fe location with no way to enjoy these. So I call back to tell them about this and some guy gives me the worst customer focused response and says “we assume you have an Airo battery if you ask for Airo carts”. WTF kind of response is that? First off I didn’t ask for any brand. How hard is it to ask the customer “hey you know these only work with Airo brand batteries right”? The right thing to do would have been to at least apologize and offer to mail me an Airo pen at my expense. Hopefully somebody there reads this and prevents this from happening to another customer.
