Was overcharged for discounted flower. Made order online after hours next day and when I get my meds I'm charged full price on discounted item. Mgr says it's their fault, but I have to bring everything back to void charge. Then says maybe points then states that the order was for yesterdays price. Mgr confirmed order was placed after hours. It was only $20 but it the principal. These dispensaries are owned by millionaires and they will do anything to get every dime from you. Fakakta customer service I say.

Been a while since I was at Purspirit. I remember the staff being much friendlier. My budtender was not friendly at all, there was no smile whatsoever or the greeting any customer should expect. Not like they are earning minimum wage. I seen a few old faces they seemed cool. Service with a smile goes a long way.
