I came here the first time because it is close to my house. At first I thought the prices were too high (about $10 more for my full gram oil cartridge then I was paying at my previous store), but then a few weeks later my old fav rec store raised their prices too for the same product. So after exploring a few more store I came back to Theorem and realized the prices are all pretty competitive. Plus they have a wide variety so it is possible to find a slightly less pricey version of whatever your looking for. So now I've been coming a few times a week for a while. I've only had an issue 1 time. I purchased a faulty cartridge and was told I couldn't exchange it. I was so disappointed because now I was out about $50. :( But the very next time I went in, the manager stopped me and told me she could exchange it for me and was so super helpful. The fact that I had already excepted my loss but she went above and beyond to make the transaction right. I really appreciate that kind of superior service. I see a lot of other reviews stating this place seems to only appeals to the hoitie toitie (upperclass) well I am just a mother, no makeup, no designer purse, slippers and sometimes sweats, and they treated me like I was appreciated. That is why I will continue to go back and recommend this store to anyone.

The first time I walked in I was immediately impressed. the atmosphere is professional, high class and very comfortable. The knowledgable staff was friendly and they treat me like a regular now. They have the largest selection of co2 cartridges I've seen at any collective. They don't have the largest selection of flower but the do have 30-40 of the best strains on the market (and really I didn't get my card to have access the regular weed I could buy on the streets anyway) They have a huge selection of edibles, candies from top manufacturers, snack crackers, medicated coffees and teas, and of course sweets; chocolates, gourmet cakes, cheesecakes, gummies, sativa and indica caramels. These folks have treated me so kind everytime I come in. They try hard to get repeat customers and they deserve them! I will tell everyone to go to the Medicine Men first!
