Kush21 - Pullman

I’ve been going here since they opened Kush21 in Pullman. Ever since they got new management the customer service has gone down the drain. This most recent time the budtenders looking totally spaced out/too high just sitting by the door ignoring customers. Lately when asking for products they suggest and try to push the low grade quality items and ignore what I’m asking for. Overall the staff do not interact with customers much anymore and it has changed the environment of the store for the customers.
