This is my first time reviewing a strain, but this one moved me enough that I wanted to write something. I absolutely love Sweet Octane. Especially the smell. I keep opening the bag just to smell it. I’ve been trying to figure out what it reminds me of. It’s sweet, almost like contact cement, with a rubber eraser smell. Like some of the things you’d find in those old-school cardboard pencil boxes we had as kids. It’s hard to explain, but I can’t get enough of it. It’s like hearing a song you recognize but can’t quite remember. You keep trying to place it until eventually you say, fuck it, this music is badass. The unlit draw has a nice lemon flavor. Smoking it brings out this sweet, smoky diesel taste, almost burnt rubber. Even the smoke left on my fingers smells amazing. And long after smoking, I was still getting this lovely orange blossom taste. The high is great too. Smoothly energized is how I’d describe it. Mentally stimulated but physically relaxed. I’ve smoked a lot of different flower, but I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed the smell of something this much.
