I would truly love to say this bwell location is good but I would be being dishonest. This particular bwell location, and I frequent this one, as well as the one in Bayamon, has horrible customer service to expats and non-locals. I have had multiple instances of being profiled & treated rudely with the assumption that I’m visiting the island rather than living in Puerto Rico. The security staff is rude and when I attempted to speak to someone able to help smooth over the experience I was denied that opportunity. Bwell Bayamon: top tier... Bwell ocean park: needs inclusivity & customer service training imo 🫠
