I would truly love to say this bwell location is good but I would be being dishonest. This particular bwell location, and I frequent this one, as well as the one in Bayamon, has horrible customer service to expats and non-locals. I have had multiple instances of being profiled & treated rudely with the assumption that I’m visiting the island rather than living in Puerto Rico. The security staff is rude and when I attempted to speak to someone able to help smooth over the experience I was denied that opportunity. Bwell Bayamon: top tier... Bwell ocean park: needs inclusivity & customer service training imo 🫠

Estoy llamando a las 1:00pm y me sale una grabadora que dice que estoy llamando fuera de horario. Cuando en la información claramente dice domingo de 10:00am a 6:00pm. Deben verificar la información.

Excellent service, my first visit to a dispensary, they took their time with me, they explained all the options and allowed me to choose without haste. Highly recommended!!!
