Ganjarunner used to be great, with emphasis on USED TO BE! Their inventory has sucked for weeks now. And today I discover their customer service sucks as well. Their new system to pay with credit cards called The Vault automatically included a tip to the driver which I didn't see before I hit Accept. I called and was basically told too bad. She kept repeating that the app did not put the charge there, which it did. They could have overdrawn my account doing that. The old Ganjarunner would have given me a credit on my next order at the very least. The driver was unfriendly and not helpful and not on the requested delivery window. I would not have tipped her. So not only did I lose $2.50 paying with Vault now I'm out a tip as well. I guess they're doing so well they don't need to worry about lost business cuz I'm out. They're not the only dispensary in town.
