I feel like It was good for anytime of day, the strain kinda reads your mind and do3s what you n3ed it to do. From getting things done at work to relaxing and getting to bed at a good time. It's like a set your own vib3 kinda feel. I really like it, but I only wish it made me wanna be a bit more outgoing and productive rather than what my body and mind wanted from me. It's a good headspace strain, it'll give you what you need even if you don't know what you need at the time.

It was a nice and relaxing, unwinding strain but I needed something to keep me up, and I didn't realize the effects would be so strong, I would say if you're looking for a good sleeping strain, this would be it.
