Terrible experience. Scammy daily deal checkout process for preorder… Preordered a curbside order, and when i showed up curbside had closed 4 minutes prior. took them 20 minutes to “reassemble” my order causing my uber to cancel. Reina “water hash” rosin looks and smells like flower rosin, and is contaminated with flower material, just like flower rosin would be. It’s being sold as very expensive water hash rosin. Reached out to their customer service team to try to get a resolution, and they tried to gaslight me acting like there was no problem when I’ve literally never had contaminated hash rosin from any recreational dispensary in any state except for this time. They literally will not help you or care if there’s an issue with anything you buy from them. Avoid like the plague.
