Getting old is... interesting. This helps. It reduced body aches to minimal. No stiffness when waking, no waiting to straighten up completely after sitting for a while, increased flexibility, no lower back pain for 12+ hours after ingesting. I think it was a Sativa, it did NOT help me sleep, but the lack of pain is remarkable. I feel like I'm 25 or 30 again.
