First thing this is for the lake city shop. But you don’t seem to have it as a store. Anywhere but your site.
First horrible customer service. “Manager” laughed at me. He’s a 24 year old kid. Who knows nothing about customer service. I was sold the wrong product even tho I went back twice to make sure it was the correct product. I get mistakes happen. But as a “manager” or any staff. You try and make it right for your customer base, especially the ones that live a few blocks away. Staff not trained well. I like the girl she’s nice. But the rest of the staff are kinda just shitty. Don’t really care. HERBAL ELEMENTS is across the street. And my experience with them has been great. Having a young unprofessional manager that blames mistakes on staff being stoners is a horrible excuse for a mistake. And then to not fix the mistake and laugh at me. That’s just poor customer service skills. And he’s the manger?
I’ve heard other bad things about this company so I stayed away. Till recently. Second time going in I realized they weren’t a great shop. I know there’s laws and what not. But to not offer a dollar discount for a mistake by your employe is kinda sad. It shows why everything is 20% off. Probably won’t be shopping here anymore. Since you have a unprofessional manager and staff that aren’t educated.
