I’m a disabled vet and a regular here. I’ve always supported this place and know most of the budtenders, including Matt—so what happened really hurt. I was shopping the usual Wednesday “Buy 1 oz, get 1 half off” deal, working with a new budtender who was helping me explore different price tiers. I was just picking what worked for me. Out of nowhere, Matt accused me of trying to take advantage of her. I had no idea she was new—I’m not on staff. His tone was rude and condescending, and it felt personal. I left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. This dispensary used to feel like a safe, welcoming space. That trust was broken. I hope management reflects on how loyal regulars—especially vets and medical users—are being treated.
