I am a 20 year old medical marijuana patient from Arizona. Two weeks ago I called this store and asked if they followed the Nevada state policy that allow medical patients in from other states to buy from them. They confirmed that they would allow me to buy and that I only needed to bring my state ID and Arizona mmj card. My mom was then a customer and asked the same question to double check and again it was confirmed that I could enter. When I went today, I was told I needed to show my doctors signature to enter. I showed my medical card, ID, approved state medical application, as well as my entire Arizona state medical marijuana patient portal. The Arizona portal does not even show doctors signatures, as I tried to explain multiple times, as the state doesn’t not have access to that. I was denied after confirming twice that I could come in, as well as after driving an hour to patronize this store. I am severely disappointed with this store. I was told that “one individual ruined the privileges for everyone”. If that is the case, then the store should let future customers know before they waste a whole day on a unprofessionally run establishment.
