It smelled almost smoky not tobacco smoky but sort of woody type of smoky. The hit from the flower is harsh to a point, but not overwelming, which is where I get the "spicy/herbal" from. It has a slight nutty and earthy flavor along with a semi harsh exhale. I did cough on the exhale but not on the inhale. I have bipolar and bad anxiety, while on this strain I'm relaxed and not worried or anxious. I also have sciatica which is very painful some days, it helps a lot. Imnot in pain nor do I have the back spasms. I really hope this helps someone else.
