Do not come here to often, but when I do it's usually an experience. Great selection of flower, pretty knowledgeable budtenders. System is weird in that after purchase, we have to go back out to the waiting area to wait and pick up the product you purchase, but not a negative or positive of any sort, just a bit different.

Love coming here, though I am not a fan of one of the newer people there, Jamie, the front desk girl. When I checked in, I let her know that I had an online order, which she acknowledged. Next thing I know, I've been waiting almost 30 min for my order and about 4 or 5 other who came in after me went ahead of me. It was frustrating but I just kept my mouth shut until I could get my order and get out. You're front desk girl needs more training and needs to learn how to prioritize customers. It'd be one thing if all the people who went ahead of me were med patients, but the odds that EVERYONE that went ahead of me was med aren't that great. And even so, you'd think there would be a point an online would be prioritized after a certain amount of time, but I guess not. Overall, a great experience. i would definitely come back, but if I see that Jamie girl out front, I might have to do an immediate about face, which is a shame, because this place has such great flower and really good deals on concentrates. Bad service from one bad apple shouldn't tarnish the name of such a great place.
