I am medical patients came to Berkshire Roots for over 2 and a half years. But everytime I'm there recreational gets to go in first I see it all the time. Seems like staff don't have any explanation but more of an excuse. It's unfair and several medical people who have complained in the past. This isn't good for business at all. Thinking I need to switch. If they keep doing putting recreational before medical. Nothing ever changes!
