I never as long as I been going to support all dispensaries seen a hot mess of service. First DO NOT PER ORDER IT DOES NOT HELP IN NO WAY AT THIS PLACE. Next, unlike other locations like (Takoma Wellness) this location if you pick anything on sale you CAN NOT USE YOUR POINTS repeat the dude said ''It's already on sale 40% why your want to use your points'' I was floored unreal where they do that at I guess AT THIS LOCATION KINFOLKS. If you go to for example Takoma Wellness place your order online like I did early 12 noon so when I get off 5pm I can pick up at the window. They do not say because I pick sale items my total change and I can't use my points I earned. Only KINFOLKS DO THAT CAN NOT USE POINT ON SALES!!! UNREAL! To me the worst place to have a dispensary in DC. They only take $5 off parking. Its no free parking ($10-$14) you are in the start of downtown DC. Then the wait is so boring long and weird. The dude at the front desk was not a breath of good vibes. Don't waste your time going to KINFOLKS!! that is a bad look sorry not sorry I mean what I said. The worst in DC to me. They do not have a wide or good selections GO TO Takoma Wellness if you want to be happy about spending your money or earning your points and spending them on whatever you want. Kinfolks is more like cruddyfolks to me. They change prices they do not keep their word and they mislead people to come to that awful location like the one they had in SE leaving you will get robbed. This location is no better is the same maybe worst. Not worth the time or getting a DC ticket.
