Normally this is my go to dispensary and I love all everyone there but today I was really shocked by the customer service. I called because they gave us an eighth when we ordered a quarter and when we caught it and called the first time the phone call was breaking up so I called back and they would not answer. When I called back again no one would answer, I called from my husband's phone they answered? When I explained the situation again he asked if I had the receipt I said yes and then they just hung up on me and would not answer again. Not good customer service and rude. We spend a lot of money there and go there on a regular basis so to be treated this way is unacceptable

I always shop here and am usually super happy with everything but I was really disappointed today because I spent over $200 and didnt get any free pre rolls nothing. I am there like every other week and I just feel like they should reward their customers more. i went to Mint and spent half that amount and got a free grinder that was huge and 4 free pre rolls. Really disappointing with as much money as I spend here.
