Awful customer service. Dude was probably high at work. Make sure to absolutely check your order right before leaving. My boyfriend told the guy he wanted the regular size eights and they gave him there minis instead! Took a look at them in the car and turned around within 10 mins with other eights sealed. They refused to correct our order even though the guy packaged the order up wrong! We were even going to pay the difference! They claim “we don’t know what you do to them over your leave”. Mind you we only just turned around and still had the whole order in the bag. Just terrible experience when you pay good money for a product you asked for and received it incorrectly.

This location is amazing! There are 3 other Trulieves closer to me and I continue to go to this one because I believe it’s the best. The wait time is non-existent, which I don’t really want to admit because this is one of its hidden gems qualities. The employees are incredible. Zach is always friendly, knowledgeable of all products and has exceptional customer service skills. The manager or supervisor (not sure which one, I think his name is Brian, sorry if it’s not, He’s redhead though) but he handled my return without question. I had bought a pre-roll that wasn’t pulling any smoke and he exchanged it. My point is you don’t have to feel worried about being judged or uneducated, these people will take care of you.
