When checking out the computer tried to charge me a bit more than I was supposed to be charged and the person taking care of me was nice enough to go get the manager and check into it and get me the correct price. Very grateful

So first time to this dispensary they took my ID to scan. Got me what I went in for everything went good. What I purchased was quality. Only quality have is that they never returned my ID to me. I live probably 20 miles away from this dispensary but work all over so I'll hit up various dispos depending on where I'm working. Well I got about halfway home and got a call stating that had my ID. I told them I'd be by to get it in the next couple days. Went back to get it and the receptionist couldn't find it. She took all my info said she'd check into it and someone would get a hold of me. We'll 4 days past no one called. Called them and the manager relayed a message to me saying they couldn't find it. So they didn't return my ID to me then proceeded to lose it. Now I have to pay to get a new one. Even though they lost it there was not even a sorry from them. Very disappointed that it's costing me money for their mistake. Won't be returning.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I live in mesa and I'll still make the drive to phoenix
