Insolent and rude greeter/check-in guy busy with his phone never “greeted” me. Three people behind the counter and no one acknowledged me. I had to ask out loud for help even though they all saw me waiting. 6 years as a customer and this was the worst experience. Customer service this day was absent.

Why does my regular store not keep Chill Pills in stock? Medical patients have problems when we can’t get the product we need.
