For the first time ever I was disappointed with the service I received today. I had an online order ready for pickup, I went directly to the bar to get my order, as I have since I first began using your business. After waiting several minutes, I was instructed to stand in line due to bar being closed for the day. As instructed, I went and stood in a long line. Once it was my turn, I went to the sales counter, I then informed the employee I’m here to pickup an online order. The employee told me I had to go back and stand in another line, at this point I was frustrated, but did as instructed. I then stood in the other line which only had one customer in line. I was then called over by the same employee who originally sent me to the online pickup line, which by the way is not identified by any signage I could see.
Long story short, I had to wait at 3 separate locations. The irritating part was the same employee who told me to change lines, after waiting several minutes, also pulled me out of the second line to give me my online order. He could have just taken care of me originally!!
