Staff is all ways so helpful. Tonight TJ was super helpful picking out a replacement strain and making sure I got all discounts I was qualified for. Had to do some research and then clear it with his manager. I appreciate his extra effort to help me get my meds

My first time ordering online. Had questions about my discounts so I called. Spoke to Regina. She made sure my discounts were reflected for my order. Checked to see if there was any new inventory and was just very pleasant and helpful.

2nd time I had a problem with a all in one 1 gram vape called colors by eco lab that I purchased at Kissimmee Harvest. Two different strain vapes but same issue. Cartridge would leak out the battery. When you tried to take a draw battery would stay on. Got very hot. First time shop did a one for one exchange. But because I could not get battery to turn off this time,it was extremely hot. I thought it was going to catch fire or blow up, so I put in in a huge glass of water. Still took 30 seconds for the light ,that showed battery on, turned off. So because I had to put in water to prevent it blowing up, they can do nothing for me. So that is 70 dollars down the drain. As a retired vet, can’t afford this kind of service. They lost a loyal customer and I will be sure to share my experience with my vet friends.
