Typical medicine and pharmaceutical options just didn’t work for all patients. Dedicated to providing empathetic and compassionate care for all patients, no matter the illness or circumstance, they decided to enter the field of medical marijuana. Trulieve is the first dispensary to be granted a medical marijuana license in the state of Florida. They are approved by the Department of Health of Florida to legally sell Low-THC Cannabis and Medical Cannabis to patients who have visited a qualified medical marijuana doctor. Since opening their doors to the entire state of Florida, they have steadily increased the number of patients they help as they have expanded to more locations. Staff: Trulieve’s staff is among the best trained in all of Florida. Patient consultants work closely with patients to fulfill their physician recommended order and explain product information. With their vast knowledge of medical cannabis and customer service philosophy, all staff members are happy to answer any questions regarding products. Private rooms are available for one-on-one consultations, ensuring patients retain their medical privacy. Staff members work with physicians as well as with patients to gain a better understanding of each patient’s individual needs. Once the best dispensary in Orlando, now the worst.

I bought Grape Cake and when got home and weighted it it only had 3 grams. I tried chatting and kept getting disconnected. I emailed and have not heard anything back. This company does not consider you as patients just a regular customer. I felt robbed. I would not go back and I would not recommend this place. I was not allowed to leave review unless I gave a star but they do not deserve not even 1 star.

They’re customer service literally got me angry to point to write this review. I went in to pick up my order and the bud tender “sold” me on a product that I never received. Before I got to my car I opened the bag and realized the error immediately and went right back into the dispensary to explain. I sat and waited while MULTIPLE PEOPLE CHECKED IN AND OUT. Manager told me he couldn’t stop what he was doing and to keep waiting. Terrible terrible terrible. They don’t care and it shows
