The staff is rude violent and aggressive the especially the blond woman with curly hair that works there she lashed out yelled and kept aggressively charging at me to the point where her coworkers had to hold her back all because I said I was gone record the situation for my safety. if she didn’t intend on harming me why would she worry about me recording for my safety? The entire situation started because I asked them to remove my medical information from their system which they did not retaining my medical information without my permission is a clear HIPPA violation. I will be filing complaints with the proper governmental agenciest.

Beware they are operating a false advertising scam!. They advertise lower prices online then charger double in the store, it’s a classic bait and switch scam. They were advertising a Dutch Treat Pax pod 1 gram for $44.23 online then tried to charge me $88 for it in store and they would not honor the price that they advertised online. Total scam! I also left a review on google and the owners made a for show only repose to save face which just added insult to injury. They left an email and asked me to contact them promising to rectify the situation when I attempted to contact them they just ignored me, no response at all. By the way is a violation NYC consumer protection laws not to honor any advertised price
