Save yourself many hours and order somewhere else. I have been a loyal customer for years with daily and weekly orders until today! I normally wait approx 2.5 hours. Today due to a “glitch” they lost my order and after waiting 1.5 hours with no status I called in. I was told my order would be next out and I would be the first stop. After 40 more mins the driver wrote to me and advised it would take another 2 hours. 4 hours in total if everything goes smooth. I asked for a manager and only got a rude woman who claimed to be the manager and offered no solution accept for a horrible preroll joint “if” the driver had one. Trust me the prerolls are trash, I don’t smoke them and save yourself don’t order from Sunset or Frosties (they are the same people. Sad they don’t take care of loyal customers.
