I don’t even know where to start. Just overall terrible management and customer service. Refusing discounts to veterans and indigent patients when those discounts must be approved by the state. Also not giving the discounts that are on products that are NOT on sale or disclosing that discounts cannot be used. Manager refused discounts and told my husband that they don’t do the right thing always and sometimes it’s illegal. The same manager who checked me out under my husbands name and him under mine. As someone who also works in the Ohio cannabis industry, save your money and shop elsewhere. I will be filing a DCC complaint as well as some others, as today the prices are still on their menu not showing that they are a “sale.” Just overall terrible.
