The service and atmosphere are ok but I am noticing a significant drop in quality from the pure dakota brand. THC levels are pretty low, my last three purchases were stem heavy and poorly manicured. Sucks spending insane money to have to trim my own flower when I get home. The weights are consistently off up to 0.3-0.5. Lastly, its 2020 and they are cash only...makes you feel like you are buying street drugs.

I like to think that The Botanist would show the same care in putting up paper notes in their window, which prove to basically be a 'Haha, sorry.' to anyone who risks coming in to get their MEDICINE, in putting up a similar post on their social media pages to indicate so as well. It shows a high level of laziness. October seemed to be a little better, but when it really has counted in the dead of winter? Nothing. Update your website. Update your everything like other places do. This is 2020, you have full capability to update your voicemails to say you won't be open. The fact that other business were open no issue today(1/18) makes it seem more as though the workers all just decided they didn't want to work, which I sincerely hope is not the case. Between this, and the lack of product, unless you are literally watching their site for updates and running in before someone else buys up their entire allotment's worth? I would say they have until Spring before it starts to hurt. Once the snow is gone, and the ability to drive to Grand Forks come, I personally I know of quite a few people who have already said they'll stop coming here, and start making the almost 2 hour round trip to go elsewhere. Get it together, please. You're a business that provides important things for people. You aren't a McDonalds that is being run by a bunch of 16 year olds who can just "forget" to do stuff. People with legitimately debilitating issues rely on your product. Please view it accordingly, because thus far it doesn't seem to be important.
