Put in an order on a Friday night. When I drove to the store at scheduled pickup they were closed early due to being short staffed and I was unable to get my order. When I emailed to complain I was expecting they’d offer me a discount or something for my troubles… I would have accepted 5% off next order. But nope. Instead they lost a loyal customer.
