Excellent flavor and smell. Effects are a bit too strongly sedative for me, but I imagine this would be extremely effective for insomnia. Nice bodily high.

Disappointed in the recent changes. Harvest bought AZNS and quickly undid much of what made this place special. Before, all of the flower was high quality, at a single tier, and the prices were moderate / low, with a fantastic discount when you made the jump from 1/4 to 1/2 an ounce. Now it’s multi-tiered pricing, with comparatively modest discounts for buying in bulk. The most insulting part is the corporate-ese justification for all of this: “we heard you wanted...” No, that’s nonsense. These changes happened because Harvest wants to bring its business model to AZNS. AZNS has been around for 6+ years, with happy customers; Harvest buys it out and within 6 weeks makes dramatic changes to product inventory and pricing, and tries to sell it with a “you asked, we listened!” message? It’s a slap in the face. Their announced changes (still posted daily in the Deals section) says “The good news is that some of the strains you know and love will maintain their pricing in our ‘house’ tier.” This is false. Currently I see only three of the classic AZNS options available - Guru, Larry OG, MAC - and none are at the house tier pricing. All of them are at the $11/g reserve tier pricing, which is fine (that was the old AZNS price), but where I could have purchased half an ounce for $90 before, that would cost $130 now. I also notice there’s no bubble hash at the moment; hopefully that is a supply issue and not a decision by Harvest to discontinue another great AZNS- made product. (If you’re a dry-herb vapor, bubble hash in with your flower is a huge help.) This place is only 7 min from Harvest. I’m now going to be looking for a new dispensary that follows the old AZNS model, because Harvest thought it would be better to have two stores right near each other that follow the same model. I would think it’s better for business to let AZNS be what it was, and to let customers in this area just go to Harvest if that’s really what they want.
