There are MANY places for me to go that are a bit closer. BUT, I know my experience at Harvest Natural Selections will always be a great visit! Great budtenders, great service, and great inventory! Its worth the trip!

In an effort to best protect our patients, employees and greater community, we will offer walk-ins in addition to online and phone-in orders starting Monday, May 11, 2020. We continue to diligently follow CDC recommended guidelines at all stores including rigorous prevention measures. The Arizona Natural Selections concept began with an ambitious idea to evolve the cannabis dispensary model. We have created a place that is comfortable and healthcare driven, where patients are treated with warmth and respect. We employ a team of expert horticulturists to grow our medical cannabis to the highest of professional standards and carry the best brands in State. We take pleasure in introducing our patients to the numerous medical cannabis varieties that we have available, while educating them on cannabis’ many beneficial properties. I have given this place every try, but I’m finally giving up on them. Products are mediocre at best. Half the time I buy concentrates they are a melted mess. Always beware of anything on special. 50% of the time they just don’t fill online orders and then just cancel the order at the end of the day. All in all the people working here are nice, but the service is crap, the products are garbage and online ordering is a joke.

The manager and another employee were rude, uncaring and disrespectful today. I made 3 attempts to pickup my online order. The store wasn't open at the normal time due to holiday hours but this wasn't communicated on the order. When i got there the door had a sign stating they would open at 12pm. I went back at 12:30pm, still not open. A customer in the parking lot told us it would open at 1pm. We went to the Quarter to kill time. On the 3rd attempt at 1pm, the 2 employees told me they would not be opening until possibly 2pm, due to technical difficulties. I asked if i could get sale price on the next day so I didn't have to make a 4th trip in the same day. They said no, so i asked about a compensation or offer due to the inconvenience and again was told no. The manager stood there shaking her head. All they could say was how they were inconvenienced! The manager then told me i was just upset because i wasn't getting my way. Their attitudes were unbelievable, i was trying to have a logical conversation about the situation and they turned it into a horrible display of how not to treat a human and a customer. Its a sad state this store and society is in.
