I always sing the praises of my favorite dispensary, Nirvana. I exclusively shop here because of the great service, great people and amazing deals. However, I had a negative experience with my last order and I have been encouraged to share honest, and not just positive feedback by the management team so...here goes. I placed a delivery order and realized I didn't get the call to confirm everything so I called mid day to see what was happening. Turns out, the delivery driver was out sick and they weren't doing deliveries and I should have gotten a call but didnt...I was frustrated but shit happens so I moved along. I went to pick up my order and sadly, was treated in a very snide and negative way by Frederick. He seemed annoyed from the moment I approached and said I had a delivery order. When he gave me the total price, it was significantly different than the amount on the order I placed. I asked Frederick to review each item and the prices related to verify what happened. He was annoyed and rude while telling me that he ALWAYS tells people NOT to trust what my online order says because it is ALWAYS different. I listened and persisted to review each item. He finally did and everything matched except the total so I started to do the math on my calculator. This annoyed Frederick even more and he continued to tell me NEVER to trust the prices on my online order. I explained that wasn't a good answer or solution because the prices were exactly the same, the total was the only thing different. I still don't know why the total was different but there was a line behind me and Frederick made me so uncomfortable that I just paid and left. First time I've ever left there feeling bad about what happened. I'd like to chalk that up to Frederick's lack of ability to provide good service and will continue to happily shop here, maybe I'll just wait for the next available DA if Frederick is the one who tries to help me next time I'm there. Last note, Brandon and Caty do a wonderful job of managing and providing excellent service and leadership. Dylan and Jonathan and Tyler are all consistently wonderful.
