I have shopped here for nearly a year. I’ve loved going and enjoying the product. Until recently I had no issues. The quantity of the bud used to be the kind I couldn’t stop thinking about. Sadly over the last month it has been drier than sand. I have had the worst customer service here than I have ever experienced in ANY industry. The building is nice but once you’ve been allowed inside you realize there is no flow to the store. It’s a free for all and lord help you if there’s an intimidating person there. You’ll never get your product in timely manner unless you get there super early. Don’t get me started with the security guards either. You’ll be judged never spoken to or even have a pleasant encounter with any of them. They do not make the area feel welcome at all. It’s sad to say that I’ll be going somewhere else.
