The store changed hands for the worse. On their website I ordered Avenue: Pre Pack Flower (Marshmallow OG) with a THC content of 31%. When I got home and looked the THC was 21%. The product was their brand, in the higher tier price range. When I called they explained I could return it (25 minutes each way). That was the only solution. They also said the problem was because they were not up & running yet. When I had this kind of problem with Harvest (before the buyout) I got a person to work with and got a credit. Next time I went to the store I was happy & they were to see me. Now I get the "call center" who claims they can not do anything to help. Nearby are competitors Liberty & Peak Relief. I will be going there. New ownership - bad results & bad customer service.
